Governor Pat Quinn Announces $3 Million Capital Grant to Carmi Hospital in Southern Illinois
(Carmi, IL) — August 28, 2010. Governor Pat Quinn yesterday announced $3 million in capital funding to restore and open the now-shuttered Carmi hospital, giving area residents more convenient access to medical care.
