Gov. Pat Quinn Submits Federal Emergency Management Agency Appeal for Harrisburg Tornado

Governor Pat Quinn will submit an official appeal to the Federal Emergency Management Agency on Friday morning asking the agency to reconsider its denial of Illinois’ federal disaster assistance request for five Southern Illinois counties, including the town of Harrisburg in which 7 people died, walloped on February 29 by deadly tornadoes.
